What exactly is Dakimmo?

Dakimmo is a real estate CRM that brings together contacts, properties, follow-up and opportunities. It also includes Daki-Link and a connected website.

How is it different from a spreadsheet?

Each contact keeps their history, search and next action. You follow work in a pipeline, match properties to projects and find appointments in one place.

Is it right for my business?

Independent agents and agencies can organize contacts, properties and real estate work in Dakimmo. A demo helps you choose a setup that fits your business.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Start with contacts, properties and your first pipeline. The team can help you get started and prepare a tailored migration.

How do enquiries reach the CRM?

Enquiries from your Daki-Link or connected website reach the CRM with their context. Find the prospect, their project and the next action in one place.

Is it really free to start?

Yes. The Free plan lets you start with contacts, up to 10 properties, one pipeline, one Daki-Link, three matchings per month, a task list and a personal calendar, with no card required.

How much do Solo and Plus cost?

Prices are fixed in USD and EUR, with the same amounts in both currencies, before applicable taxes. Solo: 29 monthly, 66 billed quarterly or 228 billed annually. Plus: 119 monthly, 291 billed quarterly or 948 billed annually. Monthly equivalents are 22 or 19 for Solo and 97 or 79 for Plus on quarterly or annual billing. CAD and GBP remain estimates of the USD price; the corresponding billing is in USD. The essential website is included only with Plus annual.

Do you take commission on property sales?

Dakimmo does not take commission on real estate transactions. Paid plans are subscription-based.

How do Daki Coins credits work?

Daki Coins credits can be used for electronic signatures, AI HDR photo editing and marketing email bundles. Ask the team about packs and terms of use.

Is an agency website included?

An essential website is included with the Plus annual plan. For a fully tailored website, the team can define a dedicated project and quote with you.
