Cleaning a contact spreadsheet in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, cleaning a file means making the columns stable and the rows comparable. The file stays on your computer until you and the team decide to take it further.
Steps
- Keep an untouched copy before any correction.
- Check that a header row exists and that every contact has the same number of columns.
- Find repeated emails and phone numbers.
- Export the corrected version and reread it before use.
Example
An export has the columns name, email, phone. Two rows share an email. The corrected file flags those rows. Nobody merges them until the agency decides which one to keep.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
