Finding duplicate contacts in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, a duplicate candidate is two rows that share an email or a normalised phone number. It is a signal, not a merge done for you.
Steps
- Choose the email and phone columns in the header.
- Compare emails without regarding letter case.
- Compare phone numbers after removing spaces and punctuation.
- Reread each pair before you delete a row.
Example
“Samir” and “S. Benali” share a number once spaces are removed. Both rows stay in the file, with a flag. The agency asks Samir which record to keep.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
