Spreadsheet or CRM

By Dakimmo · Published on

In the real estate CRM, a spreadsheet is still a sound draft. It becomes a risk when two people write in it, duplicates pile up, and nobody can see the next action.

Steps

  1. Keep the spreadsheet for preparing a clean export.
  2. Find the columns you truly use: name, contact, need, stage, date.
  3. Find duplicate rows before copying them elsewhere.
  4. Move the daily work only when the next action is visible without opening the file.

Example

An agency keeps twenty columns “just in case”. On review, five are used. They export those five, handle duplicate emails, then enter the open matters. The other columns stay in the archive.

A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
