CRM for an independent agent
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, a solo agent loses enquiries when they sit in an inbox, a spreadsheet and a messaging app. A useful CRM keeps the contact, the property and the next action in one place.
Steps
- List the channels that actually bring enquiries this week.
- For each open enquiry, write the name, the need and the next date.
- Keep the pipeline to three stages or fewer so filing does not replace action.
- Choose a tool that shows the next action without requiring a team.
Example
Lina receives an enquiry for a two-bedroom apartment. She records the area the person named, the budget in their words, and “call on Thursday”. The next day the record shows that action. She does not invent financing or a signing date.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
