Follow-up metrics for an agency in the real estate CRM

By Dakimmo · Published on

In the real estate CRM, a follow-up metric counts what you entered: enquiries, viewings, instructions, agreements. A rate exists only when the denominator is not zero. It is not a forecast.

Steps

  1. Choose a period and count the events in that period.
  2. Calculate a rate only when the denominator is a positive number.
  3. Write “rate unavailable” when the denominator is zero, instead of inventing a percentage.
  4. Read the result as a description of the file, not as a target you have hit.

Example

In the week the agency has 8 enquiries and 2 viewings. Viewings per enquiry can be calculated. It has 0 instructions. Agreements per instruction is not shown as a commercial zero: the denominator is zero, and the rate stays unavailable.

A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
