Following up a property enquiry in the real estate CRM

By Dakimmo · Published on

In the real estate CRM, a follow-up has a date and a reason. A typical rhythm — the same day, then a few days later — is adjustable. It does not replace judgement when the person asked you to wait.

Steps

  1. Record the day of the enquiry.
  2. Choose the day offsets for that kind of enquiry.
  3. For each date, write the specific action: call, send two properties, ask for a document.
  4. Stop the series if the person closes the subject.

Example

An enquiry on 2 March plans a call on the 3rd, a second call on the 5th and a review on the 9th. On the 4th the person views a property. The agent replaces the 5 March call with the viewing note.

A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
