Organising property enquiries in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, organising an enquiry means you can resume it in a week without rereading the whole thread. The minimum is the need, the source and the next date.
Steps
- Separate buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants when your work treats them differently.
- Write the need in one sentence, using the constraints the person stated.
- File only the enquiries that have a next action.
- Review undated enquiries every Friday.
Example
A message says “a house with a garden, not too far from work”. The agent records that sentence and asks for the area. They do not turn “not too far” into a kilometre radius.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
