Reconnecting inactive enquiries in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, an inactive enquiry is not a lost enquiry. Before you write, check the last action and whether the person asked not to be contacted.
Steps
- Filter records with no action for a period you choose.
- Read the last note before you send anything.
- Write a message that refers to the recorded need, not a random property.
- If the person does not reply, date one further review and then close it.
Example
A March record says “call after the move”. In June the agent writes to ask whether the move happened. They do not attach three properties from another area.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
