Checklist for selecting a CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, a selection fits on one page: what the work requires, what the vendor shows, and what still needs confirming. A long list of marketing ticks does not replace that trial.
Steps
- Write ten needs taken from real matters, not from a catalogue.
- Mark each need as seen on a demo, absent, or still to confirm.
- Note plan limits: properties, pipelines, follow-up and users.
- Decide from the checked needs, not from a general promise.
Example
Karim ticks “calendar” because he saw it, and leaves “website” as “confirm” because the essential website is tied to Plus annual. He does not tick a connection that was not opened during the demo.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
