Preparing a CRM demo
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, a useful demo starts from one of your matters. Bring an enquiry, a property and an overdue follow-up. Ask to see the next action, not a tour of menus.
Steps
- Pick a contact whose need and last interaction you know.
- Prepare three questions: where the next action is, who sees it, and what happens when a fact is missing.
- Ask for the limits of the plan you are considering, without turning the meeting into a price list.
- Write down what was shown and what was deferred.
Example
Nora brings a seller enquiry with no confirmed price. During the demo the record leaves the price empty. The task “call after the appraisal” has a date. She refuses a made-up price added to make the screen look finished.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
