Following up sellers in the real estate CRM

By Dakimmo · Published on

In the real estate CRM, seller intake exists to learn why the person is selling, on what timeline, and which property facts are already known. An asking figure is recorded as their words, not as the agency’s valuation.

Steps

  1. Identify the property with a reference or an address note you are allowed to store.
  2. Write the reason and the timing in the words you heard.
  3. List condition only for what was seen or said.
  4. Set the next step: a visit, a document, or a call.

Example

An owner wants to sell “before summer” and “around a figure a neighbour achieved”. The agent records both sentences. They do not publish the neighbour’s figure as this property’s price.

A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
