Following up buyers in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, buyer follow-up rests on written criteria: area, property type, constraints, timing. A budget is recorded only when it was stated.
Steps
- Open a brief with at least one real criterion.
- Attach the properties you propose to that brief, without quietly widening the area.
- After each send, date the next review.
- When the criteria change, keep the old wording in a note.
Example
Paul wants “near his son’s school” and a three-room home. The agent records the named school and three rooms. They do not replace the school with a whole district until Paul says so.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
