Writing a buyer brief in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, a buyer brief is a shared memory. Each line comes from a supplied fact. An empty line is better than a guess.
Steps
- Start with the name and a way to reply.
- Add area, property type and must-haves only when they were stated.
- Put any budget in a note, using the wording you heard.
- Reread the brief and remove any line you completed alone.
Example
The person says “a villa or an apartment, two bedrooms, no building work”. The brief contains those three points. The budget line stays empty because nobody mentioned money.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
