Criteria for matching a property and a buyer in the real estate CRM
By Dakimmo · Published on
In the real estate CRM, matching a property and a buyer means comparing written criteria. The Free plan includes three matches a month. Solo and Plus do not have that monthly limit.
Steps
- Write must-have criteria separately from wishes.
- Propose first the properties that meet the must-haves.
- Explain each gap instead of hiding it.
- Date a review if no property fits.
Example
The must-have is “a garden-level home”. A second-floor flat with a balcony is not presented as a match. The agent may mention it separately and state the gap.
A move to Dakimmo is scoped with the team from a file you prepare. Nothing is imported on its own, and this page adds no connection that is absent from the published catalogue. Capabilities are checked on a demo.
