You start with the dakimmo core — unified WhatsApp, Instagram, form and email inbox; sales and rental kanban pipeline; auto-numbered listing agreements; pro real estate website; iOS and Android apps — and the studio adapts it to your internal processes: domain-specific fields, integrations to your existing tools, workflows native to your vertical, agency branding, dedicated hosting and a contractual SLA. Built for real estate franchises, property developers, agencies with more than 20 agents and regulated markets where a generic CRM only covers half the job. Setup starts at $9,000 with a monthly fee scoped to your feature set and headcount. Go-live in six to twelve weeks, then maintained by Dakiy with a dedicated SLA and on-demand evolutions.

What ships in the Custom plan

Custom always starts on the dakimmo core (everything in the Agency plan is already included). What gets added on top:

• Domain modeling

  Custom fields, new objects (programs, lots, options, commercial leases, specialized agreements) and business rules native to your operation. Not a configuration form — code written for you.

• Integrations with your stack

  Bespoke connections to your accounting tool, your preferred e-signature, your ERP, your data feeds, your regional portals. We code the bridges, we maintain them.

• Workflows and automation

  Sequences native to your business (exclusive listing follow-up, owner outreach cadence, off-plan reservation journey, internal escalation). We build, test, adjust.

• Agency branding

  Your brand applied to the app and the included website, dedicated subdomain, outbound emails under your name. Your agents and clients see your agency, not dakimmo.

• Dedicated hosting and SLA

  Dedicated servers in your region, encrypted backups, business continuity plan, and a contractual SLA on uptime and support response time.

• Onboarding and training

  Full data migration from your current tool, agent training in cohorts, launch support over the first six weeks.

   An hour with Dakiy Studio to understand your operation, your constraints, and which domain layers you need. If Custom isn't the right plan for you, we'll say so — Agency is often enough.

2. 02 · Weeks 2–3

   Mockup and quote

   The studio delivers a mockup of your Custom version, a precise feature scope, and a fixed quote (setup + monthly). You confirm or adjust.

3. 03 · Weeks 4–10

   Build

   Domain modeling, custom integrations, workflows, branding, and hosting. You see weekly progress. Pilot agents test in parallel.

4. 04 · Weeks 10–12

   Migration and launch

   Full migration from your current tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, FUB, your spreadsheet — whatever it is), agent training, official launch. We stay on call for the first six weeks.

5. 05 · Continuous

   Maintenance and evolutions

   Dakiy maintains your version, ships updates from the dakimmo core, and prioritizes your quarterly evolutions. You get a named contact at the studio, not a ticket in a queue.

• How much does the dakimmo Custom plan cost?

  Setup starts at $9,000 and covers scoping, domain modeling, custom integrations, and onboarding. The monthly fee is on quote based on feature scope, agent count, and SLA. Most engagements land between $9,000 and $25,000 setup with a monthly fee between $1,200 and $4,500.

• How long does go-live take?

  Six to twelve weeks depending on complexity. A franchise with multiple offices, accounting integrations, and e-signature trends toward twelve weeks. A 25-agent agency that wants custom fields and branded surfaces lands closer to six weeks.

• Can I export my data anytime?

  Yes, always. You can export your full CRM in CSV anytime without asking for permission. On Custom we add a scheduled monthly SQL export and contractual reversibility. Your data is yours — it's never used as a lock-in lever.

• What's the difference between Custom and bespoke development?

  Bespoke development starts from zero and runs $80,000 to $250,000 for a serious real estate CRM with two years of delivery. Custom starts on the already-built, already-maintained dakimmo core and adds the layers specific to you. You pay for six to twelve weeks of shaping, not two years of construction.

Custom adds when you need domain modeling (new objects, custom rules), integrations to your existing stack, agency branding, and a contractual SLA. If you're unsure, start with Agency — you can move to Custom later without losing data.

• Who maintains my Custom version after launch?

  Dakiy Studio. Not an offshore subcontractor, not an outsourced integration partner. The team that built your version is the team that maintains it — dakimmo core updates, fixes, quarterly evolutions. Your contact has a name, not a ticket number.

• Can I migrate from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Follow Up Boss?

  Yes. Migration is included in setup. We've already handled migrations from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Follow Up Boss, Top Producer, and a long tail of CSV exports. Pipeline mapping, contacts, listings, and history are handled by Dakiy during the build phase.

• Is Custom available globally?

  Yes. Hosting in your preferred region by default, support in English, and compliance with the local obligations of regulated brokerages. Dakiy works with agencies in North America, Europe, the Gulf, and Latin America.
