Terms of service
These terms govern your use of dakimmo, a software-as-a-service product for real estate professionals. By using the service you accept these terms as written. If something does not fit your operation, write to us before subscribing — we will discuss.
1. What the service is
dakimmo is a cloud-hosted CRM for real estate agents and agencies. The service includes the web app, the iOS app, the Android app, and the integrations we publicly support at any given time (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Calendar, Zapier, and others).
Features tagged as beta are flagged inside the interface. A beta feature can change or be retired before reaching general availability — if a beta feature you actively use enters that category, we will notify you in advance.
2. Sign-up and account
When you sign up, you commit to providing truthful information and keeping it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, including rotating passwords if you suspect unauthorized access. An account is personal, and team sharing happens within the seat allowance of the plan you subscribe to.
If we detect account use that puts the service at risk for other customers (saturation attempts, mass exfiltration, automated scraping), we may suspend access while we investigate. We will notify you by email as soon as the suspension is applied.
3. Subscription and billing
The Solo plan costs $29/mo for an independent agent. The Agency plan costs $89/mo with three agents included, plus $25 per additional agent. The Custom plan is on quote — for franchises, developers, large agencies, and regulated markets — with a setup fee from $9,000 and a monthly fee scoped to your operation.
Billing is monthly by card or local equivalent. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no penalty. There is no contractual lock-in.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use dakimmo for lawful, professional real estate purposes only. You will not attempt to bypass security, send unsolicited mass communications, or misuse the platform for content unrelated to your business. You are responsible for honoring the consent obligations applicable to your contacts in your jurisdiction.
We rate-limit certain actions to protect the service and the people you contact. If a use case requires higher limits, write to contact@dakimmo.com — we will look at it.
5. Intellectual property and data
dakimmo, its interface, source code, and marketing content are the exclusive property of dakimmo. Your data remains yours. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of your subscription — and nothing more.
You can export your data as CSV anytime at no cost. After cancellation we keep your data for thirty days in case you return, then delete it irreversibly from active systems.
6. Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee one hundred percent uptime. Our total liability is capped at the value of your last twelve months of subscription fees. We do not cover indirect damages — loss of opportunity, lost revenue, reputational harm — that result from using the service.
If a major incident affects the service, we notify you by email and post status updates on a public availability page. If the incident causes data loss on our side, we restore from the most recent verified backup.
7. Changes and notice
These terms can be updated to reflect product, regulatory, or internal practice changes. When a change materially affects customer rights or obligations, we notify you by email at least thirty days in advance. If a change does not work for you, you can cancel before it takes effect at no penalty.
The version of these terms in force is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date indicated above.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to your country of professional residence when you are a customer in a jurisdiction that protects mandatory consumer or professional rules locally. For customers in other jurisdictions, the parties submit to the competent courts agreed in the signed contract.
Before any contentious procedure, we attempt to resolve disputes in writing in good faith. Write to contact@dakimmo.com and we will engage.
